The placement department of DSIMS is deeply committed to the objective of securing optimal placements for the graduating students
To this end the department vigorously endeavours to engage with a larger number of recruiting organizations that offer better placement opportunities
In 2023-24 the placement figures achieved were 90%.
Leading organizations like Aditya Birla Finance, Anand Rathi, Cavin kare Pvt. Ltd, Grauer & Weil (India) Limited, IDBI Bank, ITC, Morning Star India Pvt. Ltd, Nomura Services India Pvt Ltd, SBI Securities, Shapoorji Pallonji-E&C, Tata Consultancy Services and many others have been recruiting consistently from DSIMS.
In the current placement campaign the mean CTC package offered to a DSIMS management graduate is Rs. 5.5 Lacs p.a. and the highest CTC package offered to a student is Rs. 7.5 Lacs p.a.
