DSIMS organized Seventh Remsons International Research Conference (RIRC) on 27 March, 2021 under the aegis of Remsons Centre for Management Research. The Theme of the conference was New Normal in Businesses: Readiness and Resilience. Chief Guest, Mr. Krishna Kejriwal, Chairman and Managing Director Remsons Industries delivered his insightful keynote speech on changing business strategies to keep pace with the New Normal.
There was a Panel Discussion by a combination of leading academic stalwarts across three continents, North America, Europe and Asia. In the face of Covid 19 crisis, the experts illumined the attendees on how exactly the businesses across the world need to be doing today. The discourse of Panel Discussion ultimately charted out the foundation of a ready and resilient business horizon for the future.
Followed the Inaugural Session, there was a Paper Presentation Session, in which a select few research papers had been presented by the authors from Industry and Academia. On the basis of fair evaluation by a panel of session chairs and blind reviewers, three of the presenters had been chosen as the Best Paper Awardees. The conference was a grand success.
